Day 1 (Jun 4) typically draws the highest new visitor footfall — procurement heads, R&D buyers, and pharma company decision-makers arriving fresh. Day 2 (Jun 5) is better for follow-up conversations and catching visitors who circled back. If budget is the constraint, Day 1 is the priority. If you want maximum coverage, both days cover the full show.

You are based in Chennai — is there a travel surcharge for Pharmac South?

No. Pharmac South is at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam — our home base. No flights, no hotels, no per-diem surcharge. The ₹65,000/day rate is all-inclusive. Itemised in the proposal.

All prices exclusive of 18% GST. 60% advance on signing confirms your slot, 40% on delivery. No travel surcharge for Pharmac South — Chennai-based engagement.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two rounds per deliverable — stills and video. Revisions are based on the agreed shot list. Changes outside the original brief are scoped separately.

How do we receive the final files?

All deliverables are shared via a private Google Drive folder. Stills delivered as high-resolution JPEGs in print and web-optimised versions. Video reels in 16:9 and 9:16, ready for LinkedIn and booth screens. Access available for 6 months from delivery date.

What if we need to cancel, or Pharmac South gets postponed?

The 60% advance is non-refundable — it covers slot reservation and crew scheduling costs. If Pharmac South is officially postponed by the organiser, your advance is held as credit toward the rescheduled coverage with no penalty. No cash refunds are issued.
