When you submit a form on our website or take the Trust Audit, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and project details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Send you your Trust Audit verdict
- Communicate about your project
- Improve our services and website experience
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Resend for transactional email delivery, HubSpot to keep a record of enquiries, and Sanity for content management.
The Trust Audit
When you take the Trust Audit, we read the public pages of the website you give us (and of any competitor websites you add), the way a buyer would. Pages that only appear once their scripts run are opened in a browser service run by Cloudflare. Part of that read is done by an AI service: the opening text of your homepage and about page is sent to Anthropic, which processes it under business terms that do not allow it to be used to train AI models.
After you finish, we read the rest of your website's public pages to prepare for our conversation. Their text is sent to Anthropic, on the same terms, to write a private summary for our team. It is kept with your record in our CRM and is not shared with anyone else.
If your website links to a company profile PDF, or you upload one, we read it to check its age, photographs and the facts it states. An uploaded file is read in memory and never stored.
Your verdict and what we found are emailed to you and to our team. Your contact details, industry, revenue band and website address are recorded in our CRM (HubSpot) so we can follow up. A security check by Cloudflare Turnstile protects the audit from automated abuse.
