Services
Shutterfeed Studio provides industrial photography, film production, and visual documentation services. All project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in the project proposal, all visual assets delivered by Shutterfeed Studio come with a commercial usage licence for the agreed purposes. Full copyright remains with Shutterfeed Studio unless a full copyright transfer is negotiated.
Cancellation
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled production date. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges as outlined in the project proposal.
Limitation of Liability
Shutterfeed Studio's liability is limited to the value of the project fee. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our visual assets.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
