Investment.
One price is published in advance: the Diagnostic. Everything after it is priced in your roadmap, because we do not quote what we have not diagnosed. No hidden quotes — the roadmap is the quote.
Five Ways In.
Visual Production can be booked on its own. Everything else is scoped by the Diagnostic and priced in your roadmap — the Build first, then the Run. Start where the buyer in front of you demands, and climb from there with the same partner.

The Trust Audit
Free. Three minutes, online.
Scores where a buyer stops trusting you, across all five modules. The verdict names where to start.

The Diagnostic
₹2,50,000 fixed. Three weeks. The one price published in advance.
A written audit, a priced twelve-month roadmap, and a boardroom readout. A standalone product: the roadmap is yours, and every price in it holds for thirty days from the readout.

Visual Production, on Its Own
Quoted per brief.
Plant, product, and process shoots, and the Digital Plant Tour Kit. The one module that stands alone, and the foundation everything else is built on.
- 04How the Build works →
The Build
One-time project fees, per piece. Priced in your roadmap. Three to four months.
The fixes the Diagnostic named, built in order of return: the plant shot properly, the website rebuilt, the deck and RFQ response, the positioning, the CRM. Each priced as a piece, so you start with what matters most.
- 05How the Run works →
The Run
A modest monthly, six-month minimum. Priced in your roadmap.
Only the genuinely ongoing work: the outbound cadence, the LinkedIn programme, the monthly pipeline report. The run-cost of the machine the Build put in place — never a retainer for its own sake.
Not sold on their own: Sales Collateral, Brand Positioning, Lead Generation, Pipeline Reporting. A deck built on old photographs is built on the problem, and outreach without a rebuilt site to point at is spend without a landing. What goes into your Build and Run is decided by the Diagnostic, not guessed on a call.
The Diagnostic.
₹2,50,000 fixed. Three weeks. A written audit, a priced roadmap, and a boardroom readout. A standalone product: the roadmap is yours, and every price in it holds for thirty days from the readout. The one price we publish before we have seen your plant.
Founding clients — the first five — pay ₹2,00,000.
Build, Then Run.
Until the Diagnostic is done, nobody knows where your pipeline leaks — so nobody should be quoting you a retainer. The roadmap prices two things, separately, so you can start with what matters most.
The Build.
One-time project fees, per piece. Three to four months.
The fixes the Diagnostic named, built in order of return: the plant shot properly, the website rebuilt, the capability deck and RFQ response, the positioning, the CRM. Each is priced as a piece in your roadmap — a thing you can point at, like a machine, not a monthly line you cannot see.
The Run.
A modest monthly. Six-month minimum.
Only the genuinely ongoing work: the outbound cadence, the LinkedIn programme, the monthly pipeline report that shows what the Build is producing. It is the run-cost of the machine — never a retainer for its own sake, and never sold without a Build to run.
What a roadmap often lands on.
Three shapes, each sized to the buyer a manufacturer is trying to win. Illustrative — your roadmap is scoped to your gaps, not picked from a menu.
Floor
A working monthly engagement: visual production and a steady MD LinkedIn cadence.
Sized for: ₹25–100 Cr manufacturers protecting an existing buyer base.
Growth
Visual production, a monthly content programme, website conversion sprints, and outbound list-building to named buyers.
Sized for: ₹100–300 Cr manufacturers chasing export deals or live tenders.

Sized for: ₹300 Cr+ manufacturers running national and international campaigns.
Founding Clients.
Shutterfeed is proven at Visual Production and new at the four modules around it, and we would rather say so than pretend. So the first five clients are founding clients, on terms that end at the sixth.
- →
The Diagnostic at ₹2,00,000 instead of ₹2,50,000.
