“Product photography and leadership portraits produced across nine days of shooting, now being used for ACMEE expo graphics, the company website, brochures, and internal presentations.”
The Challenge
Precision-machined gears, shafts, and EV motor sub-assemblies are genuinely difficult to photograph well. The things that matter to an automotive OEM buyer, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, the quality of machined surfaces, only come through when the photography is properly planned and executed. For a manufacturer with a growing EV component order book, not having strong product photography meant their products were not showing up well at expo, on the website, or in print materials.
The leadership team had the same problem. There were no consistent professional portraits anywhere. For a company whose managing director has national-level MSME representation and whose leadership team deals directly with global OEM procurement, that gap was showing up every time they sent a presentation or updated a profile.
Our Approach
Product photography was built into the nine-day, nine-plant production. Each facility contributed to a library of component images covering the full range: precision gears, drive shafts, forged and machined sub-assemblies, and the EV motor components. Products were shot on clean backgrounds for catalogue and spec sheet use, and also in their production context to show scale, finish, and environment.
Leadership portraits were done in a dedicated session with the senior team during the production period. We kept the setup consistent across all portraits, same background and same lighting, so the images work whether they are being used small on a LinkedIn profile or large on a website.
Results
The product photography went directly into the ACMEE expo graphics alongside the industrial photography from the nine-plant shoot, so the company's component range was shown at exhibition scale for the first time. The same images populated the website's product and capability pages and formed the main visual content in the brochure. Leadership portraits gave everyone on the senior team a consistent, professional photo they could use across the website, LinkedIn, investor presentations, and trade show materials.
