The Challenge

The leadership team of a multi-company engineering group — comprising the Group MD, three subsidiary MDs, and 12 senior managers — were presenting to investors and industry bodies across three countries. The group's visual materials were inconsistent across subsidiaries, with some executives using outdated photographs and others having no professional images at all.

With a series of investor presentations and an industry awards season approaching, the group needed a consistent, professional portrait library across all leadership team members.
